Jeffrey Horn (born 4 February 1988) is an Australian professional boxer. He has held the WBO welterweight title since July 2017, after defeating Manny Pacquiao in an upset decision.[2] As an amateur, Horn represented Australia at the 2012 Olympics, reaching the quarter-finals of the light-welterweight bracket.[3]
